A handmade silver gelatine print of your wet plate portrait.
The last few months I have been busy with creating a handmade analogue silver gelatine print from a wet plate.
I split-toned the print using sepia and selenium to get as close as possible to the original wet-plate.
A silver gelatine print is as a wet plate unique by itself.
A hybrid technique. These prints are created by a digital inter-negative.
I used Quad tone profiler QuickCurve-DN by Richard Boutwell.
It was an inspiring and steep learning proces with a beautiful result.
For now only available in the size till 8x10 inch.
